We're looking for a full-time Cover Supervisor to join their welcoming team.Whether you're an experienced Cover Supervisor or someone with a background working with young people, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience in a high-performing school that values staff wellbeing and professional development.The Role:
  • Delivering pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the class teacher
  • Keeping students engaged and on task across a variety of subjects
  • Managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning environment
  • Acting as a role model and ensuring school policies are upheld
  • No planning or marking required - just bring your presence, confidence, and adaptability
About You:We're looking for individuals who:
  • Have experience working with young people (youth work, coaching, mentoring, or classroom support)
  • Are confident, organised, and able to manage behaviour positively
  • Are adaptable and willing to step into different subject areas
  • Have strong communication skills and a calm, professional manner
  • Are looking to build experience in education, perhaps ahead of teacher training

Contract Details:
  • Location: Surrey/Hampshire border (rural village location)
  • Contract Type: Full-Time, Term-Time Only
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:15pm
  • Daily Rate: £130 per day via PAYE
