Great Bear is an award-winning 3rd Party UK business of Ambient products, providing nationwide dedicated and shared user warehousing and distribution solutions.Job DescriptionA complex operation delivering high levels of service for a brand market leader, as the successful candidate you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional service to the customer. Teamwork, communication and tenacity are key attributes, whilst the ability to work pro-actively on your own initiative is also vital to the success of our department.Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will be responsible for operating different types of MHE to load, offload and putaway pallets of product in a safe and productive manner. MHE training will be provided as required and coaching regarding how to effectively use it to achieve targets.Salary and shift:
  • £14.10 per hour - equating to an annual salary of £29,592 per annum.
  • 4 on 4 off rotating (6.00 - 18.00/ 18.00 - 6.00)
Qualifications
  • Able to demonstrate a high level of detail.
  • Able to manage own time to achieve daily targets efficiently and effectively.
  • Team player who can also work on own initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility in approach to work and shift patterns.
  • Ability to work at height
