An Ofsted-rated Outstanding primary school in Northamptonshire is seeking a dedicated Family Support Worker to play a key role in strengthening links between home and school. Working as part of a skilled inclusion team, you will be a trusted point of contact for families, deliver targeted interventions, and coordinate Early Help Assessments. The school places high value on emotional wellbeing, family engagement, and removing barriers to learning for all pupils.Requirements
