- Minimum 5 years of experience selling CCaaS/UCaaS solutions, with strong knowledge of platforms like Zoom, 8x8, Five9, Mitel, or Microsoft
- Proven experience engaging with senior stakeholders and managing complex sales processes
- Highly driven, motivated, and proactive character
- Track record of acquiring new logos with Total Contract Value (TCV) of £500k+
- Ability to commute at least one day per week to Guildford (ideally within an hour’s drive)
- Skilled negotiator, communicator, and decision-maker
- Organised, detail-focused, and accountable
- Confident presenter to stakeholders and clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, particularly Dynamics
- Solutions-focused with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
