- Identifying key market players (scientific societies, opinion leaders, high potential customers)
- Defining and implementing an action plan in your territory to achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives, with a focus on key accounts
- Building and nurturing trusted relationships with key accounts
- Supporting them in the trial and adoption of our products
- Delivering a high level of service and partnership to ensure customer and patient satisfaction
- Contributing to the organisation of events (congresses, masterclasses etc.)
- Participating in product listing processes in the institutions under your responsibility
- Collaborating and working in synergy with BD colleagues on strategic accounts
- Conducting competitive intelligence
- Managing the development of your territory via a CRM (Salesforce), where you will enter information daily (opportunities, contacts, events)
- Complying with regulations governing the promotion of medical devices
- A successful track record in selling high-value medical equipment in the operating room (implantable or premium medical devices)
- A professional network in breast and/or aesthetic surgery (highly desirable)
- A growth mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit to grow your business with a product portfolio offering excellent prospects for improving patient care
- Strong drive for results and a high degree of accountability
- Excellent communication, presentation, customer-facing, listening, and collaboration/negotiation skills
- Ability to think creatively and work autonomously
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Salesforce.com or similar CRM, digital tools, and standard office software
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Willingness to travel extensively (80% or more)
