Up to £85,000 + Equity + Bonus | Strategic Growth OpportunityA respected Building and Project Management consultancy is seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to take a key leadership role within their Building Consultancy team. This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced surveyor to lead and grow an already established service line, with clear progression into equity ownership and business leadership. You are likely to be at Associate level now.The team is currently managed by the MD, with strong foundations and a healthy workload. You will initially help deliver existing instructions while taking on responsibility for team leadership, client relationships, and business development. Over the medium term, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding the team and shaping the future direction of the consultancy’s building surveying services.The Company
