  • PERSONAL CARE - HOME HELP - COMPANIONSHIP.
  • Flexible – Part-time hours.
  • Our pay rates are £12.50 - £13 per hour - plus business mileage.
  • No previous experience is required - just the right attitude!
  • Minimum 1-hour visits – so no rushing!
  • Hemel Hempstead/Berkhamsted/Tring/Chesham/Great Missenden/Princes Risborough/Chorleywood/Kings Langley and surrounding areas.
  • You'll visit regular clients and build strong relationships.
  • We introduce you to new clients to make sure you feel confident and comfortable.
  • An experienced office team will always be on-hand to provide guidance and support.
We focus on your development with full training and our mentor team support all new employees through to completion of the Care Certificate.Responsibilities of a Care Professional:
  • Support our local clients by ensuring they continue to live independently in their own homes for as long as possible.
  • Ensure that the environment in which they live in is safe and clean.
  • Provide person-centred care and support.
  • Provide ongoing, consistent care.
QualificationsNo qualifications or experience are required as all full training is provided. All new Care Professionals must undergo Care Professional Assessment training, which is held at our offices in Apsley, Hemel Hempstead. All Our Care Pros are required to work alternate weekend hours.It is essential that you have the following:- Caring personality to support our clients.- Have a good level of written and spoken English.- A full driving licence and access to your own car and business class one insurance.- Please note that we as a company, do not have a Sponsorship Licence.
