Our leading research pushes the boundaries of what we know about good end of life, and our campaigns fight for a world where everyone gets to have the best possible quality of life while living with an illness, they’re likely to die from.Job DescriptionAs part of the Paid Media team within Marketing & Communications, you’ll work alongside a Digital Marketing Manager (Paid Media), SEO Manager and report to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager. The team partners with organic social, CRM, and fundraising colleagues, as well as our media agency, to deliver innovative, insight-led campaigns that make a tangible difference.This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage and optimise paid search and social campaigns day-to-day. Your work will help drive supporter acquisition, fundraising income, and awareness of Marie Curie’s mission, ensuring more people affected by terminal illness receive the care they need.You will be responsible for:
  • Set up, manage, and optimise paid search and paid social campaigns across platforms.
  • Monitor daily performance, making data-driven optimisations to improve ROI/ROAS.
  • Implement tracking, A/B testing, and segmentation to refine campaign impact.
  • Collaborate with the organic social team to align paid and organic strategies.
  • Work with the CRM team to integrate first-party data for audience targeting.
  • Produce regular reports and insights for internal stakeholders.
  • Support fundraising and brand teams with targeted campaigns to grow engagement.
Key Criteria:
  • Solid experience managing paid search and social campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Strong understanding of PPC principles, audience targeting, and conversion optimisation.
  • Analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics and platform insights.
  • Proven success managing budgets and improving campaign ROI.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
