This expansion presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technician or Technologist to make a substantial impact.Key Responsibilities of the Architectural Technician will include:- Develop detailed technical drawings and specifications for a range of projects.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and others to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Utilise REVIT software to create and manage building information models.
- Ensure all designs comply with current building regulations and standards.Skills and Experience Required:- Approximately 3-6 years' experience in an architectural role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise.
- Proficiency in REVIT software is important.
- Excellent technical drawing skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of building regulations and construction methods.
