- 25 Days Holiday plus Bank holidays
- Reconcile items to be invoiced using our in-house system
- Produce customer Invoices on Xero
- Credit Control, chasing outstanding debt
- Reconcile subcontractor invoices with services rendered
- Bank reconciliations
- Ensuring all in-house purchases are approved in line with procedures
- Post invoices to Xero
- Statement Reconciliations
- Month End Preparation and reports
- VAT returns
- Year- end reporting
- Experience – 1-2 years min experience within an account’s role
- Someone who can work on there own and as part of a team
- Great attention to detail and communication skills
- Team Player, confident and articulate
- Good knowledge of Excel, Sage or Xero
