We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Cash Processing/Funds Transfer II to join our Payments Investigations team. This role is located in Manchester, UK and will be working in a hybrid capacity. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Monitor client payments, daily cash and wire transactions, and vet incoming transactions by matching fund and transaction receipts. Use systemic data to highlight, prioritise, and implement improvements to reduce manual touchpoints and increase process efficiencies. Lead initiatives within the team to improve our Service Delivery group by developing processes and enhancing client service. Handle client escalations and issues to manage expectations and resolve concerns promptly. Collaborate with management to coordinate, upskill, and determine resourcing requirements to ensure the group operates efficiently. Prioritise daily workload alongside project work to manage client expectations and improve response times and automation. Utilise and demonstrate skills in available digital tools and AI to enhance the user experience for our processes. Ensure procedures associated with monitoring client fund transfers are followed accurately. Facilitate the booking of all foreign currency trades with trading desks and confirm all outgoing wire transactions are settled by receiving institutions. Provide advanced support for transactions flagged by the system and escalate to management if solutions are not found. Serve as a point of contact for clients and wire recipients, addressing inquiries and concerns about the transfer process. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Experience in financial services operations preferred. Ability to contribute effectively to team objectives. No direct reports, but may provide guidance to less experienced team members; potential people management responsibilities in some geographies.
