My client is an award winning law firm based in Leeds, providing a full range of advice and services to clients.Due to recent internal promotions, I'm delighted to be recruiting for a number of Conveyancing Assistants to join their successful Residential Property team.About the firmYou'll be joining a large, friendly, and supportive team. They deal with a very broad range of conveyancing work, specialising in buy to let work.Their clients include specialist buy to let lenders, landlords and general conveyancing clients. These clients choose this Residential Property team as they are one of the top buy to let conveyancing teams in the country.What they're looking forFor the Fee Earner role, candidates will ideally have extensive experience dealing with leasehold, freehold and/or new build schemes.Client relationships are key, as is the ability to deliver to deadlines. Collaboration and teamwork, keeping calm under pressure and having a commercial outlook are highly valued.For these roles, whilst experience in residential property would be ideal, what is essential is that you will be a client-focussed team player, and will also be able to demonstrate: * Excellent communication skills
  • Initiative and evidence of working pro-actively
  • An eye for detail
  • The ability to organise and prioritise your workload effectively
  • A commercial understanding and outlook.
