- Managing a portfolio of residential properties
- Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Handling maintenance issues and liaising with contractors
- Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation
- Serving notices and managing tenancy renewals where required
- Maintaining accurate records and administration
- Delivering outstanding customer service at all times
- Prioritising workload effectively in a busy environment
- Previous experience in property management
- Full UK driving licence and own car (essential)
- ARLA qualification (desirable)
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and telephone manner
- Ability to multi-task and solve problems under pressure
- Local knowledge of Hampton Hill and surrounding areas (advantageous)
- Professional, customer-focused attitude
