Join a dynamic and design-led commercial interiors contractor, known for transforming premium office spaces across London and beyond. This is your chance to take ownership of all things M&E on innovative Cat A and Cat B fit-out projects, working alongside a collaborative team that values technical excellence and seamless delivery.The Role:As Technical Services Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind building services strategy from pre-con to handover. Your technical insight will support design reviews, ensure compliance, and steer high-quality installations across HVAC, electrical, BMS, and plumbing systems.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage M&E delivery across multiple projects, ensuring performance, quality, and programme alignment
  • Review drawings, specifications, and technical submittals with a meticulous eye
  • Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams for seamless technical integration
  • Support commissioning activities, witnessing, and documentation to ensure smooth handovers
  • Contribute to value engineering and design development decisions
What You’ll Bring:
  • Previous experience in a similar role within commercial fit-out, with a strong technical foundation
  • Confident communicator, both with subcontractors and design teams
  • Deep understanding of building services, industry regulations, and best practices
  • HNC/HND or degree in Building Services Engineering preferred
  • SMSTS and relevant CSCS card are advantageous
