At bdhSterling, we provide specialist cross-border financial planning advice to clients in the UK and Australia. We’re now seeking a Client Services Administrator to join our team in our Epsom office, supporting advisers and operations while delivering an outstanding client experience.About the RoleAs a Client Services Administrator, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism, accuracy, and care. You’ll play a key role in supporting advisers, preparing and processing client documentation, and collaborating across departments to ensure seamless service delivery.Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing queries and building strong relationships.
  • Prepare, process, and track client applications, transfer requests, investment instructions, and compliance documents.
  • Work closely with Advisers, Paraplanners, and Operations to ensure a smooth client journey.
  • Produce clear and accurate client communications, maintaining a professional and friendly tone.
  • Maintain accurate records, update client databases, and ensure compliance with data protection standards.
  • Support the wider team with research, projects, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with day-to-day office tasks including incoming calls, mail distribution, and greeting clients.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in customer or client service roles.

Desirable:
  • Experience within financial services or professional services administration.
  • Knowledge of financial advice processes and documentation.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.
