This is a critical, high-visibility role, ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, quality, and clean delivery.Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and build a new API in Node.js, using NestJS for clear and maintainable backend structure.
  • Design, implement, and manage Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, deploying secure, scalable services to Azure.
  • Ensure ISO-grade controls and PII handling across deployment and runtime.
  • Drive CI/CD and release processes into production.
  • Direct stakeholder meetings with the CTO on a day to day basis
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years in Node.js backend development (NestJS preferred).
  • Proven Terraform usage on Azure or AWS.
  • Strong understanding of security, compliance (ISO 27001), and PII protection.
  • Near-native spoken and written English.
  • Experience with PSC contracting and IR35.
