If you like what you hear, then we’d love you to apply!Come and join the Evri team!Joining our Depot Management Team you will be working alongside the Night Shift Manager supporting the Depot, your working week will be any 5 days over 7 typically 23:00 to 08:00.Our Night Supervisor is a key role ensuring the smooth running of the night operation where you will lead teams of Night Loaders, Sorter and Drivers processing parcels to be delivered to the final customer.Our Night Supervisor position is for someone who understands how to motivate staff and can efficiently prioritise pressing needs, where there isn’t an obvious solution. Lateral and original thinking would be a benefit as would logistics experience but we are open to experience gained in other related fields. You must be able to work collaboratively and take the lead on projects amongst your peers.ABOUT THE ROLEManage a team of up to 50 direct reports providing leadership and direction for the shiftDevelop and train reports and ensure SLA’s are hit for the Night shiftEnsure compliance with all site HSES rules and regulationsProcess BI and MI reports based on work output of Drivers and LoadersManage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.SKILLS/QUALSManagement experience of leading and managing a teamExperience of managing teams in a fast-paced logistics environment is a definite advantageMust be able to work on own initiative in a pressurised environment to tight deadlinesPC Literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft officeAn understanding of Transport regulations ideallyAt Evri, we know we only grow if our people do too.
