Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including D&B, engineering, operations, and sales, to ensure the successful implementation of electrical projects. Conduct detailed technical analyses and provide recommendations for improving electrical systems and processes. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation in electrical design. Continuously improve processes and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of electrical design and implementation. Working with local agencies having jurisdiction to ensure compliance with IEC, EU requirements and building codes. Defining project scope and provide technical support for information requests prior to, and during construction phases. Assist in developing, managing and maintaining the Consultant's & Client's CPD Programme with regular, consistent engagement The person needs to develop trusted and influential relationships with Clients, Consultants, Partners and Industry peers. Ability to work on concurrent projects in multiple geographical regions. Traveling to sites for site review and work with onsite field engineers, as well as provide engineering evaluations, electrical systems audits, and startup as needed. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. Minimum of 6 to 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on design and development. Strong technical background in electrical systems, including power distribution, control systems, and automation. Excellent understanding of the European Electrical Codes coupled with detailed understanding of critical LV and MV electrical equipment industry standards and regulations. Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges and driving innovation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience with sustainable and energy-efficient electrical design. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to think strategically and drive long-term innovation. Advanced qualification in project management is a plus.
