Job Title: Internal Sales Representative
Location: High Wycombe
Salary: £26,000 – £32,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time, PermanentWe’re seeking a motivated and detail-focused Internal Sales Representative to join our successful client in High Wycombe. In this key role, you’ll manage customer enquiries, process orders, and support the wider sales function to drive growth and deliver excellent service.The position is office based; full training is provided. The role would suit individuals with previous customer service or inside sales experience. On top of basic salary there is additional benefits including 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming sales enquiries, generate quotes, and process orders efficiently
  • Maintain delivery schedules and keep customers informed
  • Recommend alternative products when necessary to meet customer needs
  • Support the external sales team with customer account management
  • Help achieve branch sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives
  • Keep internal systems and customer records accurate and up to date
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment
What We’re Looking For
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work well within a team
  • Experience with sales/order processing systems; ERP knowledge is a bonus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
