Leading UK Law FirmA prestigious UK law firm is seeking a Senior Solicitor or Associate with 2+ years PQE to join its top-ranked Real Estate team, specialising in renewable energy transactions. This is a unique opportunity to work on some of the most innovative and high-profile renewables projects in Scotland and beyond.The RoleYou’ll be part of a dynamic team advising on:
- Property aspects of renewable energy developments (onshore/offshore wind, hydro, solar, battery storage, etc.)
- Complex title reviews, options and leases, and certificates of title
- High-value transactions involving developers, landowners, investors, and lenders
- Commercial development on rural land
- Collaborative work with London firms on cross-jurisdictional deals
- Lead and support due diligence and asset transfers
- Manage property elements of renewables transactions
- Supervise junior team members
- Engage in business development and client relationship building
- Minimum 2 years PQE in a property-related legal role
- Experience in renewables transactions preferred
- Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills
- Proactive, ambitious, and client-focused
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovative environment
