- ensuring accurate billing and smooth operational processes using CRM tools
- contributing to marketing campaigns, community engagement, and project delivery
- operating within GENeco's management system, ensuring compliance with environmental permits, sector guidance, and ISO standards (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO45003)
- supporting the development and maintenance of documentation and procedures in line with regulatory and internal requirements.
- Experience in a customer account management environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive approach to relationship building.
- Experience using a CRM system and Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
- Awareness of compliance and quality frameworks.
- A passion for sustainability and making a difference to the environment.
