At LGIM Real Assets, we're looking for a dynamic Analyst to join our growing Impact & Specialist Strategies team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of the Affordable Housing Fund, while also supporting the Industrial Property Investment Fund (IPIF) and Leisure Fund.We welcome applications from all backgrounds and are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.What you'll be doing:
  • Supporting the preparation of asset business plans from acquisition through to asset management
  • Modelling cash flow and total return expectations for the Fund
  • Assisting with research and underwriting of potential acquisitions
  • Delivering ESG initiatives and integrating them into asset strategies
  • Contributing to internal and external fund reporting
  • Networking across the Private Markets platform and with external stakeholders
  • Enhancing and maintaining fund models, including investor due diligence
  • Supporting IPIF and Leisure Fund with quarterly investment returns and modelling
QualificationsWho we're looking for:
  • Holding a degree (2:1 or equivalent) in a relevant field, with or working towards a professional qualification (e.g. RICS, IMC)
  • Demonstrating strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
  • Bringing experience in real estate, ESG, or asset management
  • Showing proficiency in Excel and modelling tools (e.g. Argus, MRI)
  • Communicating clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing
  • Thinking independently and taking initiative to deliver results
  • Collaborating effectively within a team and across departments
  • Embracing innovation and continuous improvement
