- Deliver 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN
- Collaborate with teachers and SEN specialists to tailor support
- Assist in creating and reviewing personalised learning plans
- Foster communication skills, independence, and self-confidence in pupils
- Access to ongoing training and development (ideal for aspiring Educational Psychologists, Therapists or Teachers)
- A degree in Psychology (2:1 or above preferred)
- A passion for inclusive education and supporting children with SEN
- Empathetic, resilient, and proactive
- Experience with children in any capacity (school, voluntary, family) is desirable
- Long-term interest in child development, psychology, or education careers
