MERJE is seeking a dynamic Sales Team Manager to lead a high-performing telesales team for a leading UK travel insurance specialist.   • Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance targets
  • Monitor call centre metrics and implement strategies to improve customer experience and team results

  • Analyse KPIs and develop strategies to drive consistent performance
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Required knowledge and experience for the Sales Team Manager role:
  • Proven experience leading a telesales or contact centre team
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics and team performance management
  • Excellent coaching and people development skills
