Its built on three fundamental pillars:Electronic Client Management – ensuring client onboarding experience, monitoring electronic trading flows, and maintaining close client engagement and build stronger relationship with electronic platforms.Systematic and Operational Infrastructure Projects – driving initiatives that enhance automation, scalability, and efficiency of related processes.Business Intelligence – providing actionable insights through data analytics, reporting, and alert systems to support decision-making across trading and sales.This team acts as a centralized hub across asset classes, ensuring collaboration and alignment with business priorities.About the job:Key ResponsibilitieseClient Onboarding: Manage the electronic onboarding process end-to-end, ensuring operational requirements are met with accuracy and speed.Support daily Investment Solutions sales activity: Provide daily support for Investment Solutions, with a strong focus on structured products, derivatives, and client-driven solutions.Business Intelligence & Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and monitoring tools to provide timely business insights (e.g., client activity, flow trends, system alerts). Act as a bridge between Sales, Support, Trading, and Data teams, providing business intelligence and process enhancements.Project Participation: Collaborate on electronic trading infrastructure and business development projects, ensuring alignment with broader strategic goals.Efficiency & Innovation: Identify process gaps, propose improvements, and implement innovative ideas to optimize workflows and enhance client experience.Multitasking & Problem-Solving: Deliver under pressure in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.RequirementsAcademic background in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field would be valuable.Financial Knowledge: Strong understanding of Investment Solutions products; knowledge of Fixed Income and FX markets is highly valuable.Technical SkillsExperience with Python for data analysis and process automation.Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI).Understanding of electronic trading platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Tradeweb, MA, 360t, FXAll, Bidfx) is a plus.Project Management: Proven track record in participating in cross-functional projects, demonstrating organizational skills.Soft SkillsStrong communication, adaptability, teamwork, and the ability to generate new ideas and to work collaboratively across functions.LanguagesFluency in English.Spanish is highly valuable.Additional languages are a plus.Preferred ExperiencePrevious involvement in e commerce or digital transformation projects.Exposure to automation of sales/trading / onboarding workflows.Background in business intelligence and advanced analytics to support data-driven decision-making.Skills: Customer Targeting, Empathy, Ethics, Innovation, Proactive Thinking
