- Analyze data, build and maintain various dashboards to support our Sales and Marketing functions (forecasting, pipeline generation, conversion, etc)
- Collaborate with team members to collect business requirements, define successful outcomes, and design beautiful dashboards
- Partner with Finance during our annual planning cycle to analyse the business and set meaningful targets (budget, headcount, ARR, retention rates, etc)
- Conduct ad hoc analysis and special projects as assigned by management
- Evaluate sales compensation plans and incentives to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives; ensure sales bookings data is reported accurately and timely each month to meet critical monthly commission payout deadlines
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics
- Partner with Business Technology teams to assist in developing dashboards that drive data-based decision-making. Collaborate on data science projects that inform our long-term thinking
- Convert and validate raw data into clear, meaningful information and tell a story by creatively displaying details in charts, graphs, and slides.
- Validate and ensure data accuracy from various data sources in various forms (Salesforce, Hubspot, and proprietary systems)
- Communicate dashboards to stakeholders/teams to promote data access and confidence; maintain an open feedback loop for continuous improvement to meet user needs
- Help educate teammates/colleagues on the use of our business intelligence tool(s) to foster a culture of self-service
