Job Title: Temp to Perm Transport AdministratorLocation: Godalming (Must Drive - No Public Transport Access)Fully on sitePerm Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 per annumTemp hourly rate: £13 - £14 an hourHours: Monday -Friday 9am- 6pm (flexible start times) (x1 Saturday required per month)Full training providedAre you a proactive, organised individual with a passion for customer service? You will play a key role in keeping the fleet running smoothly and ensuring their customers receive top-notch service every time!What You'll Be Doing?
  • Communicating clearly and professionally with drivers, customers, and partners
  • Supporting daily dispatch and delivery operations
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues quickly and efficiently
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless logistics
  • Managing tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For?
  • Strong IT skills and confidence using systems in a busy setting
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Experience in customer service or admin roles (logistics experience is a bonus - but not essential!)
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure
