Mobile Optical Practice Manager

• Take full ownership of the day-to-day operations across all three practices
• Manage and motivate teams, ensuring staff and patient satisfaction and longevity
• Drive sales and increase turnover without overselling – patient trust and experience are key
• Take pressure off the Optometrist-owner by handling the management, admin, and commercial aspects
• Work closely with the clinical team (testing is 30-40 mins with pre-screening done by the Optom)
• Maintain the high-end positioning of the practices
• Ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant practice operations

• Proven experience as a Practice Manager in optics
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to grow turnover across multiple sites
• Organised, reliable, and able to work independently without micromanagement
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Passionate about patient care, not pushy with sales
• Happy to work across 3 practices

• Competitive salary up to 40,000 (depending on experience)
