Milton KeynesSalary - £65,000 + benefitsHours - FulltimeWe are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation within the logistics and supply chain sector, known for its innovative, technology-driven approach to last-mile delivery and operational efficiency.As they continue to expand their operations, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join the business and play a pivotal role in supporting a high-volume workforce across multiple delivery sites.The successful candidate will drive key people initiatives, contribute to organisational development, and ensure strong alignment between HR strategies and operational goals.Duties
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned to the organisation's logistics and delivery operations.
- Lead workforce planning and talent deployment initiatives, particularly around peak periods and high-turnover environments.
- Support succession planning and career development for key operational roles.
- Shape organisational design to meet evolving business needs.
- Champion employee engagement through strong ER practices and compliance with UK employment law.
- Use data and workforce analytics (e.g., turnover, time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) to guide HR decision-making.
- Minimum of 5 years' HR experience within logistics, supply chain, or delivery environments in the UK.
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and its application in operational settings.
- Proven background in workforce planning, employee relations, and organisational development.
- Confident stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing across all business levels.
