- Support progression of the P&P project and application functions
- Ensure quality assurance of team outputs and regulatory correspondence
- Manage employer partnership accounts and access to industry guidance
- Coordinate actions from Fire Safety Managers and Community Safety meetings
- Analyse workforce data and present findings to support strategic decisions
- Process statutory tasks related to Building Regulations and Licensing
- Provide high-quality administrative support including documentation management
- Organise quarterly CPD events and share ongoing development opportunities with the Protection team
- High level of computer literacy including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM
- Effective communication, organisations and time management skills.
- Proven ability to prioritise competing demands and to meet tight deadlines, anticipate obstacles to progress, suggest and implement solutions, and follow through with accuracy.
- An understanding and commitment to maintaining confidentiality, the handling of highly sensitive material
