
People Analytics Insight Specialist

- Partner with stakeholders to understand their key business questions related to the workforce.
- Define relevant research criteria, formulate hypothesis to be tested and do external research to compare to internal findings to inform the design of the work.
- Bring together the relevant people data and ensure it is complete, accurate, consistent and managed ethically and responsibly as per the data privacy procedures and processes (e.g. GDPR).
- Leverage statistical techniques such as regression modelling and analysis, hypothesis testing, driver analysis etc. to derive meaningful conclusions, recommendations and interventions.
- Communicate the results and findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating data and analysis into clear and compelling story.
- Experience in people analytics or a related field, with a proven track record of working with people and business data and delivering data-driven insights and recommendations
- Experience in doing external research around key HR topics to support project work
- Good understanding of statistical concepts, including regression modelling and analysis, hypothesis testing, driver analysis etc. and experience with data visualisations
- Experience using statistical software and / or programming languages (e.g. R, Python or/and SQL to query data bases etc.)
- Bachelor’s in a field such as HR, I/O Psychology, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline
- Collaborative and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including HR professionals, data scientists and business stakeholders
- Problem-solving and critical thinking, with a data-driven mindset
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights
