Pilgrim's Europe is looking for motivated Production Operatives to join our team and contribute to our success. If you have a keen eye for detail and a can-do attitude, this opportunity is for you!Earn Big: Competitive hourly rate, with the potential to earn over £599 + per week once fully trained!Balanced Schedule: Enjoy a 44 hour week, working 4 days with a shift pattern of (6am to 5.30pm), giving you more time for yourself.Purpose:To support production/operations to meet daily orders ensuring all health and safety, food safety and quality requirements are met.Key Responsibilities
  • Adhere to all health and safety requirements
  • Adhere to all food safety requirements
  • Adhere to all quality standards
  • Further processing and packing of products to required orders including, mixing, blending, hand finishing and packing and labelling of fresh meat products
Skills & Qualifications
  • Understanding of food processing
  • Previous experience of benefit.
  • Familiarity of working in a temperature controlled environment.
