- Science ECTs or experienced teachers welcome
- MUST have UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Good or outstanding lesson observations
- Ability to teach KS3-KS5 in at least one science discipline (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics)
- Strong academic background - Science degree (1st or 2:1 preferred)
- Reflective, confident, and engaging individual
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage students, staff, and parents
- Plan and deliver engaging science lessons that foster curiosity, critical thinking, and practical skills
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and experimentation
- Develop and adapt lesson plans and instructional materials to meet the needs of all learners
- Promote scientific enquiry through practical investigations, demonstrations, and experiments
- Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing support and interventions as needed
- Participate in department meetings, school events, and ongoing professional development
- Maintain positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents to support student achievement
