Job DescriptionResidential Conveyancer, NQ+ Years PQE, Leicestershire, £35,000 - £55,000 (DOE) - This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and reputable practice in Leicestershire, working alongside a high-calibre team of residential property specialists. JOB REF:0825.THE ROLE
  • You will become a key member of the firm's Residential Property team, managing your own varied caseload with minimal supervision.
  • Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
  • Shared ownership, transfers of equity, and equity release
  • Drafting and negotiating residential tenancy agreements and licences
  • Handling residential property work for business clients
  • Managing transactions from initial instruction through to post-completion
SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • You will be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 6 months experience of residential property matters.
  • Have excellent technical knowledge and a strong understanding of the conveyancing process
  • Demonstrate exceptional client care, attention to detail, and communication skills
  • Be proactive and commercially astute, with a desire to contribute to business development and marketing activities
  • Be a team player with a positive and professional attitude
