Air Pricing Analyst

• Deliver outstanding customer service with a proactive, solution-focused approach.

• Maintain and update reports and KPIs, monitoring market trends and performance (wins and losses).

• Support internal teams with booking placements and ensure all files are accurately billed.

• Collaborate with carriers and international colleagues to ensure all RFQs and quotations meet commercial requirements.

• Utilise internal software and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook) to facilitate efficient processes.

• Previous experience in customer service or logistics is highly beneficial.

• Knowledge of freight forwarding is an advantage but not essential.

• Strong numerical and literacy skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with the ability to problem-solve and adapt quickly.
