Salary: £34,000 - £35,000We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Care Manager to join our team in Islington. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have a proven track record in a domiciliary care environment.- Assist the Registered Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring high-quality care services.
- Support the management and development of care staff, including recruitment, training, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Coordinate and manage care plans to meet the individual needs of clients.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Participate in the management of budgets and resources to optimize care delivery.Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in domiciliary care management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulatory requirements in the care sector.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
