Basic Salary: Up to £28,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £60,000+)My client are a growing, family-run kitchen and home furniture business with a reputation for creating unique, made-to-measure designs that perfectly reflect each client's style and lifestyle. Every project is a one-off, and so is our service.We're looking for a talented Kitchen Sales Designer to join our team. In this role, you'll manage the full customer journey, from first conversation, to design presentation, to installation. You'll combine your creative skills with your sales expertise to deliver stunning kitchens and maximise your earnings through uncapped commission.Your role will include:Welcoming customers into the showroom and visiting clients in their homesProducing creative, functional, and accurate kitchen designs using CAD (Compusoft Winner preferred but not essential)Presenting designs confidently and demonstrating the value of our products and serviceOverseeing each project from concept to completionBuilding long-term client relationships for repeat and referral businessWhat we're looking for:Minimum 2 years' experience in kitchen or interiors sales and designProven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targetsExcellent communication, presentation, and customer service skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projectsProficiency with Microsoft Office (CAD skills desirable)Full driving licence and own transportWhat's on offer:Basic salary up to £28,000Uncapped commission on every signed-off projectRealistic OTE of £60,000+Supportive, creative team environment in a growing businessThe chance to work with premium products and have genuine design freedomIf you're a high-performing sales professional with a flair for design and the drive to maximise your earnings, we'd love to hear from you.
