Learn more about what sets us apart .About The RoleWhile short-lets have long been an integral part of the Knight Frank service offering - facilitated through various offices each year; these operations have traditionally been managed ad hoc, without a dedicated structure or focused strategic oversight.Recognising the significant potential for growth in this sector (especially in the Prime and Super Prime), we believe that creating a specialised department will enable us to maximise both the volume of instructions and fee income, while enhancing the overall client experience.What the role will entail:This key leadership role will be instrumental in developing and implementing a strong framework to support our offices and management teams. Responsibilities will include delivering targeted pitch training, standardising best practices, and providing ongoing guidance to ensure a consistent and professional approach across all regions.Ultimately, the goal is to significantly increase deal flow and revenue generation within our front offices, through focused and effective management of short-let opportunities.We are seeking a candidate with at least three years of proven pitching experience and extensive exposure to the short-let market.The successful person must demonstrate strong leadership skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to achieve ambitious growth targets.Competitive salaryPlease note: this is a Direct Search led by Knight Frank.
