- Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons aligned with the national curriculum
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Tracking pupil progress and tailoring teaching approaches to individual needs
- Encouraging positive behaviour and mutual respect within the classroom
- Collaborating with teaching assistants, staff, and parents/carers
- Participating in staff meetings, whole-school activities, and professional development
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
- Recent experience teaching in UK primary schools
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
- A strong belief in inclusive education and raising achievement for all pupils
- An enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
