- Overseeing facilities, suppliers, and contracts to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently
- Leading and inspiring the HR Manager and Bookkeeper to deliver their best work
- Driving continuous improvement across all operational functions
- Strong experience in finance, operations, or similar
- A strong financial brain and the ability to translate data into real business impact
- Solid HR and compliance knowledge
- Experience managing facilities, vendors, and budgets
- Natural leadership and influencing skills at senior level
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strategic edge
- Professional qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, etc.) are a big plus
