Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:15 pm

You will take a key role in the delivery of high-quality legal services to clients involved in rural land and property matters, ranging from large estates to family-run farms.This is the ideal position for a legal professional seeking a long-term role within a supportive, collaborative team that values expertise, innovation, and career development.What You’ll Be Doing
- Advising and acting on transactions involving farmland, agricultural estates, and rural properties
- Preparing and reviewing a variety of documents, including access agreements, overage clauses, and land transfers
- Offering strategic advice on non-contentious issues relating to agricultural tenancies
- Liaising with colleagues across property, private client, and commercial departments to deliver seamless service
- Engaging in client relationship development and participating in relevant networking events
- At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in property law, ideally with exposure to rural/agricultural matters
- A confident communicator with the ability to build strong client relationships
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- A practical and commercially minded approach to solving client issues
- Willingness to contribute to team success and firm-wide initiatives
