Salary: £55,000 - £62,000 + Company CarWe are currently recruiting an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established and reputable company in the commercial roofing sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in roofing and cladding to take the lead on a variety of high-value projects ranging from £50,000 to £1 million.Role Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate multiple commercial roofing and cladding projects
- Oversee all on-site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications
- Manage contractors and subcontractors effectively
- Handle material procurement and scheduling
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates throughout each project lifecycle
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Contracts Manager within the commercial roofing and cladding sector
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Excellent client-facing and communication abilities
- Competitive salary between £55,000 - £62,000, depending on experience
