This is a fantastic opportunity to gain first-hand experience in the classroom while making a real difference to students’ learning and confidence in science.Your Role Will Include:Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and practical science lessons across Key Stages 3 & 4Working 1:1 or with small groups to help students grasp key scientific conceptsAssisting with experiments, lab prep, classroom resources, and safety proceduresPromoting a love of learning in Biology, Chemistry, and PhysicsHelping students prepare for exams and assessments through targeted supportIdeal Candidate:A recent graduate in a Science-related subject (e.g. Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or Environmental Science)Passionate about education and inspiring the next generation of scientistsConfident, enthusiastic, and proactive in a busy classroom environmentStrong communicator with a calm and supportive approachPrevious experience working with young people (e.g. tutoring, mentoring, volunteering) is desirable but not essentialWhat the School Offers:Competitive daily pay (£89–£100 depending on experience)A supportive and dynamic science departmentOpportunities to progress into teaching, teacher training, or pastoral roles
