Job Description:Job Title United States (US) & Europe International (EI) Performance Management & AnalyticsLocation LondonCorporate Title Vice PresidentThe role reports to the US & Europe International Private Bank Chief Operating Office (COO), where the team supports front office revenue-generating activities through business management, insightful business MIS and control and support activities. The function also manages the development of strategic COO initiatives aimed at operational efficiency across US & EI.You will be responsible for supporting with the upgrade of management information (MI), leading and driving business performance by developing key commercial indicators, commercial excellence, and aligning sales and product performance with the United Kingdom (UK) Private Bank goals, through providing analytics on Relationship Manager (RM) performance (revenues/ Flows/ client relationships, product insights), working with the COO team on process optimisation to enhance business efficiencies. Your key responsibilities
  • Synthesising and collating business insights for Private Bank COO and other key stakeholders to deliver high quality MI and insightful analytics on business performance
  • Identifying and prioritising improvement opportunities and supporting the associated implementation including infrastructure systems, control and reporting deficiencies and cross regional topics including the utilisation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) opportunities
  • Performance forecasting, pipeline and prospect conversion and Sales team key performance indicators metrics
  • Supporting with regulatory engagements across both internal and external stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes whilst also supporting process optimisation
  • Utilising comprehensive knowledge of company's internal operations to develop forward-looking focus for business
  • Engagement with senior leadership in business, strategy, product and regular business reviews. Building relationships with external points of contact (such as regulators, auditors) and industry bodies
Your skills and experience
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, forecasting and performance metrics
  • Data analysis and interpretation to drive business decision making
  • Excellent communication, ability to influence senior stakeholders, interpersonal skills and ability to build dashboards and present insights to stakeholders
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business drivers
  • Experience of developing and enhancing processes
  • Significant financial services experience essential. Qualified Accountant beneficial, although not essential
