Nightshift HGV Technician needed In Sheffield
  • Leading Commercial Vehicle Main Dealer Group
  • Location: Sheffield
  • Salary: Top end salary of £21 per hour
  • Working Hours: 46 hours per week
  • Earn upwards of £50K OTE!
Our client is a family-owned and operated who have been in business for over a century and operate a number of full-service dealerships across various locations across the UK. This is an opportunity to work on their night shifts in Sheffield.Benefits working as a HGV Mechanic / Technician on nights for our client:

Main Duties and Responsibilities as a Nightshift HGV Mechanic / Technician:
  • Conduct routine inspections, maintenance service, and repairs on both franchised and non-franchised marques, including trailers, to industry standards.
  • Perform a wide range of defect repairs.
  • Carry out fault diagnosis and rectification using the manufacturer's computer system and tooling.
  • Complete job cards and service sheets using online systems correctly and in line with warranty protocol.
What's required from you as a nightshift HGV Mechanic / Technician?
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar HGV Technician role.
  • Prerequisite NVQ Level 3 or similar qualification is essential.
  • An HGV Licence is desired but not mandatory.
