- Accountable for the definition, set up and delivery of change projects, as part of the overall Global Digital Engineering Transformation Programme.
- Deliver the project outcomes, by driving solutions, securing decisions and overcoming barriers and blockers. Manage risks and issues effectively.
- Establish and run robust governance and reviews. Create project plans, KPI reports, status reports and other essential documentation. Ensure they're suitable for a broad audience, including E-Band stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver the project outcomes, ensuring delivery capability, managing performance and securing sufficient resources.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across global teams to maintain alignment on objectives and progress, secure buy-in and embed change within existing business processes and structures.
- Strong, relevant experience in leading transformation and change projects, in complex settings.
- Experience managing and working with cross-cultural, geographically distributed teams.
- Ability to understand issues at both operational and strategic levels, influencing a broad range of stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Resilient and adaptable to respond to challenging and changeable situations.
- High degree of proficiency with PowerPoint, word and excel.
- A detailed understanding of the end-to-end product lifecycle (idea to retirement), and key activities that make up the value chain.
- Understanding of CAPEX/OPEX and the Vodafone budgeting cycle.
- Understanding of the Digital delivery process, and delivery frameworks (e.g. Waterfall/Agile) and methodologies (e.g. Prince2/ SAFe).
- Experience of working within a large corporate environment.
- Professional Qualification Prince 2 / SAFe / APMG/ MSP/ ITIL or significant equivalent experience.
- Discretionary yearly bonus: 10%

- Maternity/adoption leave: 52 weeks out of which the first 13 weeks are fully paid followed by 26 weeks of half pay and 6 months - working 4 days, getting paid 5
