You will be based at the New Victoria Hospital where you will provide pharmacy support to the existing preparative services team. You will also be involved in rotating through other units in preparative services which include The Beatson or The Royal Hospital for Children. Your key duties will include processing the day to day workload of the aseptic unit the preparation of chemotherapy, intrathecals, clinical trials, dispensing of prescriptions and participating in near patient dispensing service, Making the Most of Your Medicines for two inpatient wards. You must be a registered Pharmacy Technician with The General Pharmaceutical Council, have excellent communication skills and be able to work well as part of a team and independently.
