Job Title: HGV Class 2 Driver/LoadersLocation: Tewkesbury, GloucesterEmployment Type: Temp to PermWorking Hours: Monday to Friday 0700 starts, 37 hours per week, OT after 37 hours weeklySalary: £16.58ph basic, £24.24 OTMDE Group UK LTD are recruiting for HGV Class 2 Driver/Loaders to join our clients established team based in the Tewkesbury area.Job Description:Waste and recycling collections. Could be refuse or recycling. All kerbside collectionsCommercial waste collections are a possibility alsoDrivers will have 1-2 mates depending on roundYou will be expected to assist loading in quieter areas off main roadsThis can be a physically demanding role depending on how much you're in and out of the truckRequirements:Excellent knowledge of tacho use and working timeDaily vehicle checks ensuring any issues are reported immediately.Good customer service and communication skills.Good manual handling experience and be prepared for the physical aspect of the role.Good health and safety awareness.All drivers will complete an assessment and induction prior to offer.QualificationsUK HGV Class 2 licence with some experience requiredMax 6 points with no major endorsements (DD/DG/DR/IN/TT/CD/UT)Valid TachoValid CPCWe aim to respond to all candidates within a 7 day period.
