You’ll be the calm, dependable presence that helps students stay focused, stay motivated—and occasionally stay off their phones.This role’s ideal for someone who gets what secondary students need: clear guidance, genuine support, and someone who doesn’t talk down to them.What you’ll be doing:
📘 Supporting students across KS3 and KS4—both in and out of lessons
👥 Working 1:1 and in small groups to boost engagement and confidence
🧠 Assisting with literacy, numeracy, or subject-specific interventions
💬 Liaising with teachers and SENCOs to tailor support
🏫 Creating a positive space where pupils feel heard, safe and ready to learnWe’d love to hear from you if you:
✅ Have experience in secondary settings or with young people (school, youth work, mentoring—all counts!)
✅ Can manage behaviour with calm authority and kindness
✅ Are confident across a range of subjects—or willing to give it a go!
