- To provide administrative support to the operational depot.
- Ensure compliance with the Group’s Health and Safety policy and behaviours.
- Demonstrate CSG performance behaviours.
- Update in-house computer database and operating system as appropriate with all relevant data.
- Provide operational and administrative support which include day to day administration tasks, answering inbound calls and emails, generation of quotations and following them through to order stage and the handling of any complaints and acting on them accordingly.
- Ensure all aspect of the order process are followed, booking transport, booking disposal, generation of compliment paperwork and labels if required.
- Raise appropriate paperwork for all contracts under the responsibility of the division.
- Provide administrative support on ad hoc tasks as requested
- Ensure customer confidentiality within all tasks.
- Assist with the completion of all the relevant tasks for ‘end of month’ within the timescale given for the division.
- Effectively communicate and coordinate with all sections of the business to meet tasks, deadlines and agreed customers SLAs & KPIs.
- Take ownership of customer calls and orders distributing to relevant sections of the business
- Coordinate other calls and activities as required or requested.
- Ensure personal responsibilities under the Group’s H&S policy are understood.
- Act in a manner that keeps yourself and your colleagues safe at all times.
- Demonstrate and provide the highest levels of service and professionalism to internal and external customer
